At Townyclub, a brand of Codostuff Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, and cancellations may be necessary. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations are allowed for services booked through Townyclub.
1. Cancellation by Customer
If you need to cancel a service booking, please note the following:
- Advance Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled service time to avoid any cancellation fees.

- Cancellation Fees:
- Cancellations made 4 hours/days before the scheduled service time will incur no charge.
- Cancellations made less than 4 hours/days before the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of the total service cost.
2. Cancellation by Townyclub
Townyclub reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service for any of the following reasons:
- Unforeseen Circumstances: If we are unable to provide the service due to factors outside of our control (e.g., weather, service provider availability, etc.).
- Service Provider Unavailability: If the assigned service provider is unavailable due to personal or professional reasons.
- Payment Issues: If the payment for the service cannot be processed successfully or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Force Majeure: In cases of events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
In the event of a cancellation by Townyclub:
- Notification: We will notify you as soon as possible via email, phone, or SMS.
- Rescheduling: We will offer to reschedule the service at a time that is convenient for you.
- Refund: If rescheduling is not possible or convenient, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
3. No-Show Policy
If a customer fails to be present at the location or cannot be reached within 30 minutes of the scheduled appointment time, the service will be marked as a "no-show," and the booking will be canceled. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and a cancellation fee may apply.
4. Partial Cancellations
If only part of a service package is to be canceled (e.g., a single service within a multi-service booking), the cancellation fee will apply based on the value of the specific service being canceled. If the full package is canceled, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
5. Refund Process for Cancellations
- Refund Eligibility: If you cancel within the allowed time frame, you are eligible for a refund of any pre-paid amount, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 10 business days to reflect in your account.
6. Changes to the Cancellation Policy
Townyclub reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
